Having worked for a big corporation for a large part of my life, I know the monotony and tediousness of having to report for some company filtered, read-from-a-sheet training session of which you can see no logical benefit or relevance.

Now that I’m running my own business, I wanted my staff not just to see the benefit of the training they received, but to also enjoy it. To achieve this, I went about searching for something that would put the fun into my training sessions, whilst effectively conveying my message.
