Hockey Sticks

I was absolutely gutted when I missed out on selection to Team GB Hockey who travelled to Beijing this past summer. Although cheering the guys on in every game they played, I couldn't help but think that I should be there with them, rather than watching on TV.

I have a little tradition when it comes to big disappointments in my hockey career. I remember even when I was 13 after my team lost in the regional final; I thought buying a new stick would somehow wash away some demons.

And so on a typically wet summer’s day, I was sat at home in front of my computer browsing specialist hockey websites trying to find a stick that would cheer me up. That's when I found Nedstar.
