Bulgarian Property

My wife and I bought a holiday home in Tenerife a number of years ago and whilst we've spent several memorable and enjoyable holidays with the family there, we felt it was time to move on. We sold the villa for a healthy profit and then began our search for a new holiday destination.

We had some fond memories of Bulgaria, having been there in the past, and after a very enjoyable return holiday in Sunny Beach, we began to look for available Bulgarian property.

We found The Vines, who are a part of McAlpine Homes Ltd to be a great website, offering just what we were looking for. They had some fantastic properties in the Bourgas area, set in the Bulgarian countryside. Their three bedroom villas were of an excellent standard, and something we were very interested in pursuing.

We arranged some viewings, and flew out almost straight away to see what could become our new holiday home. The Vines' staff were very nice and very willing to help us. The whole process has been a very enjoyable experience, as we are now down to the logistics stage of our holiday home move.

Everything is going great and we hope to have all the paperwork completed soon so that we can test out our new villa in the summer!
