Superstat has held its second round of regional training sessions as part of the Machines Xtra programme. 42 dealers have signed up to the programme that was launched in September 2004. The programme includes quarterly mailers, purchasing support through Midwich and JG plus four training sessions per year. The programme is supported by leading manufacturers including Acer, Brother Ink Cartridges, and Xerox who feature in the 16 page quarterly publication which aims to de-mystify machines and present them in a consumer friendly way. Superstat’s marketing director Karly Beesley says: "Dealers can’t afford to shy away from machines any longer, its time to move away from the from the pre-conception that machines generate a lower percentage margin, and start thinking in terms of the pounds profit generated from a single sale. Machines Xtra brings knowledge, price and professionalism and allows the dealer to attack the market with confidence.
